Raymond Harrison brings over 25 years of experience developing, launching and managing technology-based products and services. This experience includes starting up new lines of business, driving global product launches, managing mobile applications, plus building and leading high performing teams. At Utility, Harrison is responsible for managing a justice and public safety product portfolio including evidence collection services, digital evidence management, and artificial intelligence tools.
Prior to joining Utility, Harrison worked in a broad array of industries including telecommunications, insurance, power utilities, and consulting. Harrison earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University.
